This is a new recreation area and includes three separate areas:

• An inclusive play area featuring a double tower play unit for older children, a toddler tower for younger children, various swings including basket, rope and inclusive versions, a ‘parkour’ section for agility play, an inclusive roundabout, play train and carriage, slides, seesaw, springers and spinning equipment.
• An enclosed multi-use games area with football, cricket and basketball facilities.
• A BMX and scooter track.
