This FREE group is starting Wednesday 6th March at Cafe Bistro in Camberley.

If you’re a mum and you’re struggling with self esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety or you would like to just come along and meet other people then I’d love to see you there.

This isn’t just mums with babies or toddlers, if you have kids at school or grown up kids and struggling with the above you are welcome. I’ve personally gone through a lot of anxiety, trauma and PTSD and struggled with emotions when my children started school. I felt very alone. I’m now here to join you together and help you where I can.
