Do you want to build strength but also take some time for yourself? 'Flow and restore' yoga from Ebb & Flow is the perfect balance of strength building and mindfulness. This class runs on a Monday evening - the perfect, relaxing start to the week. There are also classes on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
Flow and Restore Yoga
This is a half and half class, 30 mins of vinyasa flow, moving with strength and mobility in mind, the second half (30 mins) is all about restoring your mind and body. Allow yourself to melt into the mat and relax totally with some lovely restorative poses together with mindfulness breathing.
