The theme for next year is RIO DE JANEIRO so get ready for twice the fun of Carnival, the Fleet way AND the Latin America way!
We're envisaging brightly coloured costumes, masquerade masks, flag bearers, feathers, samba dancing, music, glitter and holiday vibes!!
