Class packs: Every profile that has an active pack (from 4/11/20) will have a 4 week extension to the expiry date added. 

Annual Members and Autopays: memberships will be suspended from Thursday 5th November for 4 weeks also. Anyone who has not activated their membership from Lockdown#1 will stay in their static mode until they want to return to the studio.
