Mark the start of the countdown to Christmas at the Farnham Christmas Lights Switch-On!

Throughout the afternoon, there will be free, live entertainment from schools, theatre groups, dance companies and local bands.

1.00pm - 6.00pm

From 1pm in Gostrey Meadow there will be live entertainment, food, drink and gift stalls, Santa's grotto, a snowboard simulator, face-painting and children's rides!

Local school and theatre groups will be performing on stage throughout the day, with a performance from Fearlessly Taylor after the lights are switched on to close the event

The lights will officially be switched on at 4.30pm to mark the beginning of the festive season
