Corin Pegden is a student of Shiomitsu Sensei 9th Dan Hanshi, a world renowned karate master.

He runs Surrey Karate and is the owner and instructor for the clubs across Surrey and north Hampshire.

The sessions are aimed at beginners and those with some experience, but not seasoned martial artists.

The four lessons will cover basics and then gradually adopt how to use them in practise.

In sequence, they will relate to blocks, punches, kicks and combinations and aim to show the participant that karate can be dynamic, useful, enjoyable and suitable for almost everyone.
