Stomp workouts take place in the beautiful surounds of Frensham Little Pond. Jo uses the surrounding area to combine power walking and aerobic exercises for a fantastic outdoor workout.

The power walk is the basis of this workout creating an aerobic session that burns fat. While the carefully selected exercises that instructor, Jo stops for along the way, maximise how brilliant body weight resistance training is for conditioning.

Stomp is also tough on Core, its essential for good posture and avoiding back issues so it is never left out. There are also lots of HIIT minutes to encourage extra calorie burning for those who want to work harder.

Stomp is right for everyone, you work at your level, whether back to fitness, post natal / op, marathon training or general weight loss. Bring your dog and let Jo turn your group session into a bespoke workout.
