Mummas and Beans offer totally unbiased, and non-judgemental Midwife devised antenatal education, and age appropriate baby classes. Their Antenatal Classes are suitable for first, second and third (plus) time parents and mums.

Baby classes are suitable from birth. They start with Newborn, following through to Baby Massage, Sensory Baby Yoga and finishing with our messy play, Sensory Mummas, our courses will grow with your baby.

You can begin your Mummas journey whenever you are ready, the courses run in blocks of 6 so you can start and finish in your own time.
